Community Commons

The Community Activity programs are back and better than ever featuring two Meeting Rooms, a Game Room and a Back Patio.

The Potomac and Chesapeake Meeting rooms. The rooms are available for official and private use and perfect for retirement ceremonies, birthday parties and more!

The Game Room features has the latest and greatest gaming consoles including the XBOX ONE and PLAYSTATION 4. The arcade machine offers all the classic arcade games from Pac-Man to Nintendo Brothers. Other games include an air hockey table, pool table, pinball and more making it the official best gaming room in the Air Force.

Enjoy the Back Patio with our new outdoor furniture! During the summer nights enjoy hanging out and playing your favorite backyard games including cornhole.

Room Reservations

The Ballroom, Conference Rooms and Back Patio is available for reservations.

Reservation Fee
There are no fees associated with the use of the Ballroom and/or patio for official
military function (ex. commander’s call, retirement, and promotion ceremonies.)

Private functions for active duty, retirees, private organizations and DOD employees require a reservation fee.

Catering
The Landing Zone, The Club at Andrews and The Courses at Andrews are available to support general events without specific requirements. Light refreshments for official functions are limited to cake and punch purchased from an on or off base establishment.

Reservations/Cancellations
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all private parties at the time of booking. Reservations must be made in person at the Community Commons or by emailing commons at jba@gamil.com. May also call to inquire availability.

Submit the completed Reservation Request form at the Community Commons.
