The ID Card office is by appointment only on Mon-Wed and Fri. Walk-ins are accepted on Thu from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, or once capacity is reached. Wait times can be long, so please plan accordingly. Appointments can be made at https://idco.dmdc.osd.mil/idco/locator.
Closed on Weekends, AFDW Pass Days, and Holidays.
