MYFITNESS:

All members MUST use the myFitness site for scheduling their fitness assessment. Click here to go to myFitness. FAC testing is held Mon-Wed & Fri at 6:45am and 8:45am. Training is held on Thursdays. *If any member chooses the alternate HAMR/shuttle run, please note that this will only be held on the 1st & 3rd Friday of each month. If one of these Fridays falls on a holiday or Family Day, then there will be a make-up day. *The 1.5 mile run will NOT be conducted on days that we perform the HAMR.

All other alternate components can be done alongside the regular components with regular testing days. All units sending members for the HAMR run must provide 2 PTLs to assist with the run. All units conducting diagnostic fitness tests will also be required to supply a PTL to augment the FAC in testing their member.

Fitness testing is available for Joint Base Andrews’ reservists assigned to another home station. In order to schedule testing, members require documentation (i.e. email) from the IMA supervisor or home station UFPM authorizing the member to test at an alternate location. Then, the member will contact the FAC via email/phone.

*All members must have an APPROVED test scheduled in myFitness by their unit’s UFPM, or the member will not be allowed to test.
