Women: Lightweight (LW) < 130 lbs, Middleweight (MW) ≥ 130 lbs
Men: Lightweight (LW) < 200 lbs, Heavyweight (HW) ≥ 200 lbs
Farmer’s Walk:
Total distance without dropping weight.(Below weights are for each hand)
Women: LW 60 lbs, MW 80 lbs
Men: MW 100 lbs, HW 120 lbs
Conan’s Wheel:
Most revolutions without weight carriage touching the floor.
Women: LW 150 lbs, MW 170 lbs
Men: LW 200 lbs, HW 220 lbs
Viking Overhead Press:
Most reps in 1 minute without weight carriage touching the floor.
Women: LW 95 lbs, MW 105 lbs
Men: LW 160 lbs, MW 180 lbs
Tire Flip/Sled Medley:
Scored by time.
Tire: Flip down and back approx. 120 ft
Seated Sled: Pull hand over hand approx. 60 ft
(chalk ok/ belt ok/ no tacky/ no straps). *Same tire weight for all classes. (Sled weights listed below)
Women: LW 90 lbs, MW 115 lbs
Men: LW 135 lbs, HW 180 lbs
