Caution:

Participants should understand that ropes courses, climbing towers, and zip lines are physically demanding activities that involve inherent risks, even when proper instruction, supervision, and safety equipment are used. These risks may include slips, falls, loss of balance, impact injuries, sprains, strains, bruises, cuts, muscle fatigue, dizziness, and overexertion. Elevated elements introduce additional risks related to height, harnesses, cables, ladders, platforms, and other safety systems, as well as the potential for fear responses or disorientation. Weather conditions, physical limitations, and individual decision-making can also affect safety. By choosing to participate, individuals acknowledge these risks, agree to follow all rules and staff instructions, use equipment properly, remain clipped in when required, participate within their physical limits, and immediately report any discomfort, injury, or safety concern to staff.
